Northwest SEED and partners are pleased to present a workshop for community members interested in exploring opportunities for biomass project development on the Olympic Peninsula. The workshop will provide participants with an overview of biomass technologies, focusing on pyrolysis, a technology that can provide environmental benefits and added market value for products. Other topics will include community ownership models and financing opportunities. After the presentations, there will be a facilitated discussion led by community members already working on developing biomass energy projects. The outcome of this workshop will be a team of individuals prepared to continue working towards a biomass enery project.
